Your Coach
About Me
Hi, I’m Victoria Nunes, a certified Youth Resilience Coach with a Bachelor’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and specialized training through YCI, an ICF-accredited coaching institute. My coaching education includes extensive training and mentorship, equipping me with the tools to support teens through life’s challenges.
As a mom of three, including two teenage daughters, and someone who has spent my career working in schools—especially with middle and high schoolers in independent school settings—I understand the unique struggles this age group faces. Recently, I had the privilege of leading a group of middle schoolers to a DEI leadership retreat, further reinforcing my passion for empowering young people.
My coaching strengths lie in asking the right questions, listening without judgment, and providing just enough insight to help teens find their own direction. I love working with this age group because I know firsthand how hard it can be to navigate adolescence and early adulthood—and I want to be the support I wish I had during those years.
If your teen could use a trusted, compassionate coach to help them build confidence, manage stress, and gain clarity about their future, I’d love to connect.
